 Q: How do I know what my size is?
A: All of our products include a size chart on their respective product page in addition to a note identifying the height and size the model is wearing.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: We're happy to exchange your order for the correct size if it's within the 30 day period. Email us at support@pondhockeyapparel.com.
Q: What if my size isn't available?
A: Our intention is to ensure that we always have our products in stock. In the event that your size isn't available or if you require a size we don't stock, we will special order it for you. Email us at sales@pondhockeyapparel.com.
Shipping Inquiries
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Once your order has been received and processed, shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the order location. Please be aware that these times can never be guaranteed due to weather or mail volumes.
